Child-lead explore-and-learn together time enhances and stimulates your toddler and pre-kindergarteners curiosity and brain development through interactive stories & sensory experiences.A professional early childhood educator will be on hand to guide you and your child through hands-on tinkering and exploring in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) activities. Story time included! Come and have fun exploring S.T.E.A.M. together through the wonders of playfulness!
Private Group Classes
Frequency:Determined by you. We are able to meet you weekly, every other week, or once a month. You may schedule as few or as many classes in advance. We do require a 2 week notice to ensure we can fulfill your request.
Location(s):Option 1: We are able to utilize the all-purpose room at Local Roots in Richfield for this private class. This is a great option for being social with other parents and enjoying food and beverage before or after our class. Local Roots also has a playroom for children.
Option 2: We are able to hold classes at your home provided you have the following:
a) Table and chairs for the children.
b) Open floor space for sitting in a circle and for some activities.
c) We are able to spill or make a mess without staining a carpet or furniture. Curious Minds llc will clean up after class of course!
Cost:$130 for a 45 min group class (your group may divide the cost among participants). Payment is due 2 weeks prior to class.
Class Size:Up to 10 children ages 16 months–age 4 with an adult.

We’re proud partners of Twin Cities Public Television SciGirls CONNECT Programs. If you know of a girl or boy (Wait what? Isn’t this program for girls only? Learn about SciGirls gender equality) between ages 8-13 who has a knack for the arts & enjoys challenges then SciGirls may be for them.
Benefits of our SciGirl camps:
